Finally received my copy of Birthing! It's been an absolutely honour to co-author @davinamccall 's new book!

It covers so much, and I truly believe expectant parents will find this book invaluable. It is absolutely FULL of information, support and experiences for EVERYONE. From Davina's lived experiences, testimonies from parents, AND a variety experts and contributers that have shared their knowledge including:

@fivexmore_ @dr.fede.amati @@_drboyd @tessaclemsonyoga @flint6086 @the_mummy_hubtw @ivfbabble @emmajefferypt @birth_therapy @drlouiseolivertlc @vestpod

Davina is hosting an event in September in London to celebrate the launch of Birthing, details of which I will put in my bio and stories

Birthing is available for pre-order now!
