Throwback to when my baby was a few weeks old and had not yet realised we were two different people 😅

Typical of the 4th trimester, not wanting to be separated from me at any time.

I had to do a DIY job and put little missy in my dressing gown like a kangaroo, as I didn't have a sling at the time - not the most practical and certainly not safe to go completely hands free so don't try this at home!! But it was ok if I needed to walk around in the house and needed one arm free. I think she also liked the snugness and warmth of my dressing gown. She will be 2 in January and I look back at how demanding the first 3 months were, but also know that its a totally normal part of early parenthood.
