Why do some of us feel the need to explain to people (often strangers on the internet) why we are having a homebirth, having a caesarean, a freebirth, an epidural, giving formula, breastfeeding a 3 year old, co-sleeping, attachment parenting, leaving baby for an evening to have 'me' time, using disposal nappies, picking baby up when they cry...the list goes on.
Research choices, be informed, make your decisions and own them 💪🏾 - even if the choice you make wasn't what you had originally planned. It's no-ones business but yours and yours.
Explaining is tiring. You do you 😉
