ECZEMA - I'm after some recommendations now guys

ECZEMA - I'm after some recommendations now guys. This picture was taken a few days ago after my baby scratched her head so much it bled during her sleep. She managed to get the scratch mits off and I can't get her nails any shorter. Her eczema is likely inherited from both me and her dad as we both suffer from allergies. I'm cutting dairy out of my diet in the hope that it might help. In the meantime we are using prescribed steroid creams and emollient lotions to soften the skin.
