That final stretch of labour and birth is often the time when we may feel a whole range of emotions - fearful, fatigued, apprehensive, confused to name but a few.
That period of transition can really make you change your mind about giving birth! "I want to go home I'm done here" is a common phrase mid push! It is short lived though.
The hardest bit for many has already happened though. All the energy that you have put into the labour and now your baby awaits!
