My publisher sent me a finished copy of my book and I honestly wish I had something like this when I was pregnant with my first baby 22 years ago!

It's not your typical pregnancy book. It doesn't tell you how your baby changes from an embryo to a full term baby week by week. But what it does do is give you as much evidence based information as possible through 3 chapters - pregnancy, birth and the fourth trimester, so that you can feel informed and empowered and ready to have your baby!
Of course you'll see appearances from my characters as you read through the book; Betty, Brenda, Tyrone, Simon, Marlene, Susan, Priya, Brad and Patricia. I'm pretty sure you'll find that you resonate with some of them and their experiences!
I've covered so much in the book from what to expect through the trimesters of pregnancy, birth choices, preparing the mind and body for birth, what's normal and what's not, complications, what to expect during labour and birth including special circumstances, recovery after birth (all types of birth), having twins and multiples, feeding, crying, caring for baby, emotional health after birth, relationships and much more!
