Pregnancy can be overwhelming!

Pregnancy can be overwhelming! Especially when you have various friends, family and the internet giving you opinions and information. Sometimes it can be information overload! . No two pregnancies are the same so remember what may have been perfect for one person may not be ideal for you. . On the flip side, if someone tells you about their negative experience, doesn't mean you will experience the same. . Research, arm yourself with information from credible sources such as the NHS website, the WHO (world health organisation) or NICE.org. . If you are given information or suggestions from a health care provider that you are unsure about, ask them to point you in the direction of the evidence to support what is being said. If you have found your own evidence in the form of a study, discuss it with them! Most importantly, trust your body and your instincts 😊 . . . . . . . . #pregnancy #birth #hormones #hypnobirthing #doula #midwifery #midwives #studentmidwife #studentmidwives #obstetrics #gynaecology #fertility #labour #childbirth #midwife #waterbirth #homebirth #stress #calm #meditation #yoga #love #beautiful #womanhood #reproduction #midwife #plan #pregnant
