Reposting due to popular demand!

Reposting due to popular demand! ...... I have already written a post about babies that are in the OP (occipito posterior) or 'back to back' position, but here is how you can encourage your baby into the optimal OA (occipito anterior) position. Getting into any of these positions for around 15 minutes per day, you may be able to encourage your little one to turn if your care provider has mentioned that your baby is back to back. Babies that lay this way, with their spine running along yours and not along your abdomen, can cause longer labours and increased back pain in labour. Did you have a back to back baby? If so what helped baby to turn if anything? . . . . . . . . #pregnancy #birth #hormones #hypnobirthing #doula #midwifery #midwives #studentmidwife #studentmidwives #obstetrics #gynaecology #fertility #labour #childbirth #midwife #waterbirth #homebirth #stress #calm #meditation #yoga #love #beautiful #womanhood #reproduction
