Midwifery is more than just loving babies. The role of the Midwife is to provide support and care that is knowledgeable, compassionate, non-judgemental and in the best interest of the person giving birth.
If you are providing the best care for a woman during her pregnancy, you will ultimately be caring for her baby too.
