I've had a few people ask me lately what partners should prepare for birth so I'm reposting one of my old posts for those currently expecting a baby

It's ideal for birth partners to prepare a small bag for themselves for the hospital or birth centre.

Here are some things you may want to consider. Remember to bring plenty of snacks with you so that you won't have to leave to get food, you may be in for the long haul!
