Just some late night musings.
I often reflect on certain births I've attended and wonder if I could have done anything to change the outcome. In many the answer is no, but in some the answer is yes.
The majority of the births where the answer is yes, are ones I attended early in my career. Studying provided me with the foundations but the real knowledge came with experience.
